How to Download ZIP File from Instagram

Go to your profile, tap the menu (☰), and select Account Center.

Choose Your Information and Permissions, then Download Your Information.

Select Download Your Information and choose Some of Your Information.

Scroll to Connections and select only Followers and Following. Click Next.

Select Download to Device.

Choose Data Range as All Time and Format as JSON. Tap Create File.

Instagram will notify you via email once the file is ready (usually within ~1 hour).

Once you receive the ZIP file, upload it to the Unfollow Checker.
